Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Every bag is roasted after you order it — nothing sits on a shelf. Orders are typically roasted and handed to the carrier within 2–5 business days, and transit usually takes another 3–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Standard shipping is $8.00, and it's free on orders of $35 or more.

If your package arrives damaged, goes missing in transit, or the tracking stalls, contact us at jacob@waifee.com or through our contact page and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund — see our Return and refund policy for details.
